Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Family App (the "app"), a service operated by Lopatin Enterprises, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Lopatin Enterprises," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Family App lets your household share a calendar, budget, groceries, and — if you choose to turn it on — each other's location on a shared map. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Households & shared content
When you create or join a household, the calendar, budget, and grocery content in that household is shared with all of its members, who can view and edit it — and, if you enable location, your location and recent location history are shared with them too. Only invite people you trust into your household. The household owner can rename the household and remove members.
Subscriptions
Family App offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Current pricing and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you buy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Family App is a personal organization tool and is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or safety advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lopatin Enterprises, Inc.'s total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
